These days, I have learned to avoid criticizing or getting easily annoyed with Nigerians and, in particular, Nigerian businesses, given the harsh and difficult environment they have to navigate. The situation in our country demands that we always apply caution as we try to understand each other's circumstances and factor them into our judgment of them.
